Why do some orders take up to 15 days or more to ship?
Due to high levels of credit card fraud globally, we manually review each order. Orders that are suspected to be high-risk may be submitted to our payment processor for additional verification. This process can extend the handling time, but it is necessary in order to keep our prices fair and protect our customers and our business.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, a second email will be sent containing your tracking information.
In some cases, a shipping confirmation email may be sent before a tracking number is attached. If this occurs, you will receive a follow-up email as soon as the warehouse has added tracking to your order.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your tracking number.
How Does Free Shipping Packaging Look When I Receive My Order?
Disclaimer: Minor cosmetic damage to the outer shipping box or packaging may occur during transit, as each country and local postal department handles parcels differently. This normally does not affect the product inside.
How Does Priority Paid Shipping Look When I Receive My Order?
Paid Priority Shipping includes extra protection for your order and priority processing time. This means:
- Your order is processed before standard orders (saving approximately 3–5 days of handling time).
- You reduce the risk of the item going out of stock while waiting for processing.
- You get the safest and most reliable shipping option we can offer to your destination.

Backorders
While we do our best to keep all items in stock, availability cannot be guaranteed at all times. If an item is not in stock and is not expected to be available within two business days, we will contact you with:
- Details of the backorder and the expected restock date, or
- A possible substitute item (if available), or
- The option to receive a full refund in the form of lifetime store credit.
If you have a critical or time-sensitive order, please email us or send us a direct message on Instagram so we can help prioritize your shipment whenever possible.
Delivery Guarantee
Your order will be shipped to you fully assured. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel. If no one is available and the package is returned to us, additional reshipment fees may apply.
Possible Delivery Delays
Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed. Your order may arrive later than expected for reasons beyond our control, such as:
- Severe or unexpected weather conditions
- Delivery to remote or rural areas outside major cities
- Unforeseen delays by our shipping partners
- Temporary unavailability of the product(s)
- Delivery to a PO Box or APO/FPO address
- Orders placed on or near public holidays
