Refund return policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may request a return and refund under the conditions set out below.
1. Return Eligibility
If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it to us for a refund within 14 days of receiving the product.
The return policy does not apply if the product has been worn, used, washed, or damaged by the customer. Please keep the product in the same condition as when received:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original packaging (where applicable)
- With all tags, labels or accessories included
Important: We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
2. How to Request a Return
If you would like to return a product, please contact our customer support team first. We will provide you with:

- Step-by-step return instructions
After you ship the product back, please send us the tracking number so we can monitor the return shipment.
3. Shipping Methods for Returns
Please do not use major express couriers such as DHL, EMS, or FedEx for returns. To avoid customs entry issues, we recommend using your local registered postal mail service for returns.
Using regular registered mail usually reduces the chance of customs problems and excessive fees.
4. Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping is entirely the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels and we do not reimburse return shipping fees.
5. Returns to China & Customs Risks
In many cases, returned products must be shipped back to China. You should be aware that returning a product to China is not always easy, and it may happen that:
- Chinese customs does not accept the returned package
- The package is returned back to you by customs or the local carrier
In such situations, you may need to ship the product twice and wait a longer time for the process to be completed. We recommend that you carefully select the product, size and color before purchasing, in order to minimize the possibility of a return.
6. Refund Conditions
We can only issue a refund after we have physically received the returned product and confirmed that it meets our return conditions (unused, undamaged, in original condition).
We are not able to provide a refund if:
- The returned product has not arrived at our return address
- The product is rejected by customs and sent back to you
- The product is worn, used, washed, or damaged by the customer
7. Processing Time for Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund as soon as possible. The exact time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and bank or card issuer.
